Did you speak to your vet before doing this?

If it's been two days and she hasn't had a reaction, she should be okay.

It's never a good idea to give human medication to an animal unless your vet recommends it. Your vet knows your dogs history best.

Keep an eye on her. If you notice any sort of change that's not normal, get her to the vet.

Sometimes symptoms do not show. It can cause liver damage, which is something you wouldn't see.
How big is the dog? How old? Any health issues?

It *should* be fine, but please. Let this be a lesson - do not give pets over the counter medication for things like pain. Always ask your vet - be responsible.

I had a rescue dog with liver damaged caused by one dose of Tylenol - if you can believe the owner who could no longer pay her medical bills.

I would have blood tests done.

And what Sariss said is correct - don't self medicate yourself OR your dog.

Tylenol is a big time no-no for dogs. If you must give them pain meds then use Aspirin. Which brings me to my next question of, why are you giving her pain meds with out consulting your vet, and leaving the life of your dog in the hands of the internet?

Sorry for the harshness, but like has already been said, human meds are not something that any animal should be consuming with out the advice of your vet.

I'm interested to know why the pain medicine was given?

What happened to your dog for you to want to treat it for pain?

Can you give us more information so we can try and determin the best course of action.

A preventative phone call. I think (at least hope) I would have investigated first
