    Can you take person to court in another country
    I was scam out of money, then find out the day he was suppose to come Myrtle SC he was marry and was only using me for money

    Sure. Go to the other Country and sue him. That's where jurisdiction is - where HE is.

    You MIGHT be able to make an argument that this is a contract matter under your State's Laws (which I doubt the Court will accept) but you also have to serve him with papers. How are you going to do that?
