    Homeostasis
    I've got this essay to hand in about homeostasis and I was given four questiond which I have no idea how to answer! They are:
    Why is important to wear loose breathable clothing in the gym?
    Why is it important to drink plenty of water whilst excerising?
    Why might it be dangerous to train a empty stomach?
    How does excercising help loose weight?
    I also have to use a lot of biology vocabulary! I realllyyyyy neeed help.pleaseeeee

    The keywords are all in your questions.

    What is homeostasis about? I hope you know what does this process involves. If so, you should try to think about what happens when you exercise. What happens to the air you breathe? The amount of water you consume? The food you use?

    Just remember homeostasis is about maintaining a proper balance within a system in order to stay close to the limits of life. Think about how one system may balance out another during extremes and during normal functions. Think about how your questions would imbalance you bodily systems, and what systems are used to maintain that balance.
