    i like him but because i send him a wrong message... all is over
    Hi guys,

    I really like this dude a lot but I don't know what I should do about it. I am quite a reserved girl. We went out on two dates... I don't know if it's a date too.. but we had dinner and over dinner we chatted quite a bit and both dinners lasted for 3 hrs.

    Then 3 months from now, we haven't been keeping in touch and he too didn't make any effort in keeping in touch with me =(

    The initial phase, he was making the effort to engage me but now its as if we are total strangers. I still want to see him.

    We are in our late 20s. I haven't met any other dude that I want to see as much as him... the feeling is pretty strong. But I don't want to come on too desperate. I know it will turn him off.

    But I think it was partly my fault that I ruined everything because the day before the second date, I accidentally sent the wrong message to my best friend but instead I sent it to him. And the text message I mentioned him to my best friend saying that you wants to have japanese food again. And me and my friend has a nick name for him and I used it in the text message. I don't know if he got offended by it. But all of sudden I realised he began to withdraw...

    what should do? I want to him to know that I didn't mean it... I did apologise it and he brushed it off as its OK and he didn't really pay attention to the message as he knew it was a wrong message. He also said he didn't see it...

    what should I do? I don't want to miss this opportunity to be with a great guy!

    I think if he were interested, he would have contacted you and asked for another date.

    He he has not contacted you in 3 months he is likely not interested and after 3 months of no contact why would you be? Wouldn't you have contacted him before now if you were interested?

    He had plenty of time to contact you. He didn't. You had a couple of date, and nothing came of it. Maybe he found someone else, but don't waste anymore time trying to figure this out. Maybe the chemistry wasn't there. Just leave it at that and accept it.
