noritake, willow pattern 12 piece set, vintage, value?

I just need to know what I have and how much the original late 40's early to mid 50's noritake, willow pattern,12 piece full set is worth. The numbers on the back are5509 and under that the number is 177732.thank you, Kim Koehler

Appraising your Noritake is beyond our scope. I would have only suggested what you have already done and unless you spend a bit of money to have it appraised, I don't know what else to suggest. If you are thinking of selling it, you will never receive what it is appraised at anyway. That is from personal experience.
