I need to stop a person from leaving USA. He owes me over 100K
He is planning to fly to UAE, Dubai and work there. He has borrowed money from many people and although he says he is coming back, his ex wife says he will not come back and leave us all broke here in the USA with nothing. I want to somehow stop his passport, so he can not board the airplane from Las Vegas, NV to Dubai. Please Help asap!

You can't get a revocation for just a debt. But if it were unpaid child support you could.

Sorry he can leave you owing 10 million dollars if he wants. And even if he stayed, there is often no way to force him to pay you. If he has property or money in US banks, get a judgement in court and freeze that money
