    I need help in writing a thank you letter for a newspaper article
    A newspaper ran an article on services my company offers. I need to thank the author for the article.

    Be short and sweet and keep it honest:

    A simple

    "Thank you for the article that your newspaper ran on about my company"

    Sincerely,

    Your name and Title.

    That should do nicely.
