    Perhaps you can look around your local beauty shops or pharmacies and see what kinds of creams they offer, I'm sure there are lightening products in India with these ingredients.

    Hey, if you're looking for skin whitening products with kojic acid and arbutin, there are a fade creams that come in that formulation... If there's a 98.5 chemist store near your place, just tell the attendant of the two ingredients and he'll give u the products. Most of them are made by Doc Reddy's. There's one called Kojivit which I used. It took a long time to work but was quite good and lightened some scar marks.
