    How to get rid of keloid scars on the ears tha has formulated to a size of a nickel?
    What is the safest way to remove a keloid that has already formulated to a size of a nickel?

    Keloids are harmless and I would not have one removed from an ear without consulting a doctor such as a dermatologist, who can remove them in their office, unless they are inside.
