    What to do?
My parents died and left a house to me and my siblings. Two of my sisters are the PR's of the Estate. They refuse to deed the house in our names. My parents have been deceased for 5 years combined. What can be done about this?

You could ask the probate court to force them to close and distribute the estate. But that would make you and your siblings tenants in common. Tenancy in common is not a good situation to be in, particularly for siblings who cannot agree on everything.

Therefore it would be better, usually, to sell the property and divide the proceeds. That would save you the considerable trouble of a partition sale later.
