She was a stray in 2001 and in the past couple of years she has stared pooping and peeing in the house at night and during the day when we are not home. I donot leave food out for her all day ,due to this issue. When I come home I feed her and about an hr and a half later I take her out and put her on her tie out.She stays out for at least 30 minutes and sometimes longer. Her stool isn't totally hard.I think the end of the stool is a lot more liquidy.(gross but I feel that's important) She doesn't pee on the floor everyday but 2 out of 5 times she does. She doesn't even act like a 11 yr old dog,she jumps and is full of energy.She does have bumps in her skin but they don't seem to be in any pain.

I think your dog needs more stimulation. She may be 11 years old but she needs to go out for regular walks, especially if she has the energy you describe. I walk my dog three times a day - 30 minutes when I first get up, 40 minutes when I get home, and 20 minutes right before bed. If I have a day off, he goes for a fourth walk as well. I understand not everyone can make the time to do it, but a lot of times that is what a dog needs.
