A few areas of my vagina and around the anus area has small cut like areas & burns badly with no reason at all especially if they get wet at all. At first I thought it was a yeast infection but when I looked closely, I found small cut like areas. There is nothing that I have done to contribute this to be this way. I have treated it with everything from neosporin to monistat. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

It sounds like you have a small human parasite called 'crabs'. This vicious little bug can be sexually transmitted or you can acquire it through infected bedsheets, towels, toilet seats. You get the picture ? You get rid of them with an substance called 'blue ointment' or you can go to your doctor and have a pennicilin shot which will get rid of them immediately. I suggest, if this is the case, you shave your pubic area; they attach to pubic hair and hang on when they are not biting and drawing blood. You might consider them a human flea type bug.
