    What date do you go by for 30 days notice ina lease?
    Our lease started on the 15th of August and expires Aug 14th two years later. Our rent is due on the 1st. Which is the date we have to get our 30 day notice in by? The 1st or the 15th. I live in NM.

    If you planned on moving out by 8/14 you had to give notice by 7/14. If your lease required a one renatl period notice then you may have had to give notice by 7/1.
