Kind of divorce to file where he abused my disabled child?
I live in PA. He moved out and filed on me in feb. I am also disabled. Don't know which way to turn. I am asking no fault or fault divorce. If fault divorce what is the name of fault? This is not his child. Even has stated to me that he deserves to be beat and that my child likes being abused.
