    Deed/Mortgage
    My house has been for sale for 3yrs (Fl) The Mortgage is under my name but deed is under both my daughter and my name, if I walk away will this affect her (daughter) credit or will she resonsible in any way.

    She will not be responsible in any way for the loan payments. It should not affect her credit. If for some reason it shows up on her credit report she can get it removed.
