    Why is my period 10 days late when I'm not pregnant?
    Hi I'm 10 days late for my period I was due on the first its now the 10th I know I'm not pregnant as I haven't done the dirty in over 8 months I got sore breast and wating lots VERY moody and tired but they are the signs I always get before it comes I haven't been to the doctor yet I'm just wondering if I should be worried or go with the flow till it comes??

    Periods can be late for all sorts of reasons besides pregnancy. Stress, extra exercise, change in diet, medications, or just your body playing silly buggers to give you a scare. You have all the PMS signals, so I'd say you can expect it soon.

    Sometimes I think my body does it deliberately: no matter what way I plan it, my period always comes when I'm on holiday. Regular as clockwork all year long, but as soon as I step on a plane, I need to grab my sponge and head for the toilet!
