I had Owen in the off leash park and let him off leash(first time with other dogs there). I was so proud of him, he stayed by us at first and then went off and played. Couple of times we called him back as the dog he was playing with the owner wanted him back(he would not come to her). She was astonished at his behavior and his training for his age. Another couple complimented me on him as well. There was one instance of snarling and such(not from Owen), no biting, but we think it was a startled reaction from Owen sniffing the dog. Owen seemed to look at me to say "Mom, why is he mad? What do I do?"

I am a proud Mommy especially where I was doubting that he was learning and I was training him properly. He does still have more to learn but to hear from others was quite nice to hear.
