    Can you contest a Transfer on Death
    My Daughters Father past away in Oregon, his wife got him to sign a transfer on Death leaving my Daughter and his blind sister nothing, can this be contested. My Daughter lives in Indiana and is on SS Disability?

    You can contest almost anything. If you are going to win anything would be up for debate. Particularly after you pay legal fees you could end up worse off.

    Quite true. So frequently it might pay to find an attorney to take the case on a contingent fee.
