I noticed that after I had some "recall" work done to my 94 F150 4.9 6cylinder that my cruise control and my cigarrette lighter no longer worked. The recall had something to do with the cruise control and the vehicle catching fire, even if the vehicle is not running. I've checked all the fuses. Also, I didn't use either one of them very often so it was several weeks after the recall work that I noticed the problem and then several more weeks before I had time to take it back to them. I took it back to the dealership but they said that they would have to charge me just to look at it. Anyone else experience this? Was the recall work just a coincidence or did they screw up my my cruise? I appreciate any info. Thanks:)
