    How do I get rid of tenant after judges decision
    Ho do I get my an Order of Restitution. I already went to court and the judge gave her an additional 3 weeks even after her lease expires and she owes me $1,055 dropped down to $550 by a lousy judge.

    That is the trick, so you have a court order for the money, you of course ask her to pay and hope she does,

    Do you know where she works, where she banks, do you have her bank account numbers from previous checks given to pay rent ?
