    A bd. Director, coerced false letters of complaint, resulting in
    A board director, coerced false letters of complaint against me, resulting in probation, some issues the director brought forward dated back to 1999. Two ladies filed harassment & malicious conduct against me, just for asking them to recount their score, according to golf rules you are suppose to ask for a recount if you disagree with score. Director also accused me of sexual harassment over telling a personal joke back in 2004, can I file in small claims court for defimation/harassment/as well as coercing false witness statements, 3 have been withdrawn.

    Hello E:

    Sure you can, but you'll have to prove ACTUAL monetary damages. If you can't show exactly how much these statements COST you, then you won't win.
