    My dog has an injured neck. She laps water but cannot swallow it. Help!
    She won't eat ice and has only urinated very small amounts today.

    If she isn't getting fluids in her through drinking, she needs to be at the vet as soon as possible. Water is something that dogs cannot do without. Dogs go downhill extremely fast when they get dehydrated.
