No Rush. You will have lots of kisses in your life. Getting a kiss for the sake of a kiss is the wrong way to go about it. It's who you kiss that matters. Just like, the food you eat is a more interesting question than whether you use a fork or a spoon to eat it. Wait for the right person or you will spoil it. (My first kiss was weird because it wasn't a boy I really liked that much. We were on a date though and I thought I was supposed to let him kiss me. I was 16. I wish I had a nicer first kiss to remember.) |

OK well I went out with this amazing boy for about a year and he was my first boyfriend... then he said we should just be friends and then about 4-5 months later we went out again and this time I broke up with him... I still really like my first boyriend should I go back out with him??
OK there's this boy and he really likes me but I don't like him back... he keeps giving me all these really sweet compliments I don't know what to do?? I mean I'm nice to him and I text him but I think that he thinks that I like him but I really don't what do I do?? |

Life is not always about repaying people for their wrong decisions. I suppose in this case you might have gone out with him the second time just to break up with him! No problem, we all make mistakes all the time. Yes you can go back to him (if he's not already taken). Sit him down and talk with him about the very thing that started all these misunderstandings (nothing is as good as going back to any foundation to put them in order). If he sees that you're sincere about your feelings and you show him that you still care about him, his heart will definitely melt, besides, we're all human and we have feelings for each other despite the hate we show one another!
Just by waiting. The right time will always come (there's no rush, and there's all the time in world ahead of you). Please don't be pressured for a first kiss - this comes automatically and you will naturally enjoy it very much. |

About the kissing, don't rush into it. I know how you're feeling. Growing up I was constantly bummed I hadn't been kissed yet. Had my first kiss at 18. KIssing and intimacy are meant for adults. Children and young adults aren't mentally, emotionally and sometimes even physically ready for such a big step. So I'd just sit back and enjoy being young. There's plenty of time for romance and heartbreak when you're older. |
