    Can a landlord keep my deposit for blinds that are at least 11years old

    What reason is the LL giving for charging you for the blinds? Were the blinds broken, dirty, or what?

    Too were the lovers were broke but the other five were fine just a few stains

    If two of the louvers were broken, somebody broke them. That would be more than "wear and tear".

    Stains, if they can't be cleaned, would be the same.

    If you feel the landlord unfairly billed you for repairs, then take him to court. Most likely it won't be worth the trouble.
