    You need to know who made it. If you can't find that, then take plenty of pictures (or take the table itself) to a local antique dealer. They, typically, can tell a lot about it from it's style.

    I've had no luck finding anything about it based on that number, so I'm thinking that a local antique furniture dealer will be your best bet.
