    paint color ideas for living rooms with poor lighting
    My family room is the downstairs of a bungalow style home. 2 small windows, very poor lighting. Area is open concept to include a kitchen and a long hallway.Furniture is chocolate brown leather with an accent chair that is a striped chocolate brown and blue/ grey stripe and then a thin gold color stripe.Large wall unit, 7 feet long by 6 feet high in a medium oak color. Also a medium oak dining table.Light oak flooring. Livingroom/kitchen area 18 feet long x 28 feet wide. Please help for paint color and accent colors.Thank you... Jo Ann.

    How about the blue/grey color from the chair. If it's too dark for you just make it a light shade of the same color.

    What about a pale, pale green - accent with like a taupe type color?
