    Do I have to refile a current assessment lien for a lien that was filed in 2009?
    We are in the collection process with a resident and have previously filed a lien in 2009. We are about to move forward with litigation, so I was curious if we needed to file a new lien with an updated total to more accurately reflect the amount due at this point. We are located in TN.
