My dog(german shepherd.. age8yrs) gave birth to 1 pup + 3 still born pups on 15thjuly2010. 2 days later the only surviving pup too died. The mother is out of depression and is eating well and playing as she normally did. But from 2 of her teats there is reddish discharge and from 2 teats there is still some milk (very less.. just a few drops). She aws given betnesol and mox. What is the problem with her ? What should I do? She has delivered 2 times before (2004 8 healthy pups and in 2007 8 healthy pups)

I'm AMAZED you bred her at 8 years of age. She needs to see a Vet. Now.

That's what you should do - take her to a Vet. While you're there, get her spayed.

Trust me, I'm kinder than what will probably follow me.

Yes, 8 years is very dangerous and most likely why the pups were stillborn.

From the sounds of it she has mastitis. A common and treatable problem but very painful so book her into the vet asap.
