    How do I change name on my mortgage
    I was divorce about over 16 yrs ago,I about a house a year after my divorce in my then married name, now I am married for 13years and am trying to change the name on my mortgage from my old name to my present married name.

    Just contact the lender and ask them to change the name,

    I had to do the same with Bank of America, they require certain legal documents. The easiest way to get this done is to call them and ask them for their requirements. I had to show them a copy of my new passport and then they changed the name.
