Iam a military spouse we been married for a year and 3months but we been together for 5 years we have a 4year old boy together I am 19years old were currently living in Hawaii

Not sure the statue of limitation on Stat Rape, but let me see, you are 19 with a 4 year old, child born when you were 15 set perhaps at 14. But you are in the US already, what type of immigration status do you have to be in the US now. What nation are you a citizen of ? |
