    Visa for L1 holders newborn
    I am on L1 VISA. Our baby born in India in Aug 2010.
    Anyone been in similar situation, can you please xplain the process, I understand that

    1. I need to get pasport before applying for VISA. Fastest is tatkal 5 working days . Anything faster for new born?
    2. I need to then go to counsulate for VISA, how long 1-2 days for appointment. Can we fly back without a VISA? Any exceptions for new born

    Your baby needs a visa.. no exception.
