    Portuguese sidisin need a visa to Uk?
    Hello I am a boy from Gambia in west africa.. Now living in Portugal.. I was living here more than one year, but I came as holidays, and am working for a old woman helping her and she need my work so much, she didn't cach me like worker but grandchild.. And I aply for Portuguese Restident in ( SAF ) Immigration.. but I have some problem there, they didn't alow me, and I pay all tax and am in school learning Portuguese language.. but I don't know what to do now, can any one help please..

    Well, then you are NOT a Portuguese Citizen. You are an illegal and subjecrt to deportation, a tourist Visa is NOT a work visa, and it does expire. Doesn't matter if you pay taxes... without the proper paperwork... you are neither a legal resident nor a Citizen. You stated you applied but was rejected.

    You would need a UK visa under these circumstances.
