    With a misdemeanor can I still get medicare in Indiana?
    I have a petty theft charge and just found out I'm pregnant can I still be covered by medicare?

    Yes, medicare is NOT dependent on your criminal record.

    Medicare is for people 65 years of age and older - somehow I doubt OP is 65 and pregnant.

    But then I should learn to never be surprised.

    How about medicaid, aid for dependent children and other programs

    So have you signed up with the case worker for them yet.
