I have the hampton bay 5 light senon task and accent light kit. Can I plug 2 kits of five into the same receptical? In other words is that taking up too much power? The bulbs are 20 watts each.

Two fixtures with 5 bulbs at 20 watts each is a total of 200 watts. 200 watts is less than 2 amps. Your receptacle and the circuit it is on are a minimum of 15 amps. Plugging both fixtures in one receptacle is just fine.
