    Groin pull
    I have pain in my groin area. It comes when I move to the side. Feels like my leg is popping out of it's socket. Not constant, but often, and with a sharp pain at that moment, No Hernia, as I have checked with my Doctor. Nothing showed on x-raYS TOO.
    Anyone else have this? If so, how did you remedy it?

    Scar tissue does not show up on x-rays. You need to find a MT or PT to give you a stretching routine.

    I have started to do PT exercises at home.
    I have been getting some relief, but it is still bothersome.
    I guess it takes time.
