Search this plumbing form for similar problem. I did a brief search but couldn't it but there have previous post about this problem. Problem seems to be a hose that is used on a certain brand of faucet. Don't remember the brand, may have been Moen.

Would I replace the hose or it it harmful? Or it is safe?

Search the form to see if you have the same type of faucet. In the mentioned post, manufacture provide replacement hoses.
