    I would check out the benefits that each company has, such as; medical and dental insurance, tuition reimbursement for college level classes, paid time-off, 401(k), etc. Also you should find out as much as you can about the company (if you can) like if employees are happy or not, the working conditions, what hours you will work, etc... You have to weigh all the factors about each company like salary, benefits, hours per week, etc... to determine which company you should work for.
