    Websites for Lawsuits
I've already looked on the Better Business Bureau to find out if businesses have had lawsuits against them and unfortunately that information isn't available. Are there any websites out there that provide that information?

    Hello aduck:

I don't think there is. It would mean that every single county, state and federal court house is connected electronically - and they aren't. Who knows about the future?

Law suits are public information, though. If you know the county where the business is located, if there are any actions against them, you can find it at that courthouse. It might, very well, entail a physical visit.
