    I just got married in Brasil
    Can I file a w7 for my Brazillian wife? She does not have a ssn and she is in brasil waiting for her papers to be approved.

    Why do you need ITIN now? When she gets green card, she will get SSN.
    If you have some good reason for applying for W-7, you can do that.
