    Reporting fraudulent immigration
I fell in love with this guy and we got married. He's from Africa, and I lived there with him for 7 months. About a month into the marriage, I got pregnant. Needless to say, the whole time he treated me horribly and on numerous occasions, threatened to hit me. Anyway, we went to the USA (where I'm from) and filed for his green card. He was approved, with conditions, that this is a marriage of good faith. Well, as soon as he got his green card in the mail, he wanted to file for divorce (he used me for citizenship!! ). His lawyer instructed him to postpone the divorce until the conditions were removed so he is guaranteed citizenship (great advice lawyer). I had my daughter, and he wanted no part of her. When she was about 10 months old, his lawyer instructed him to start a relationship with her to look good for immigration when he goes to get the conditions removed. We just got divorced 2 days ago, and he has his immigration interview in Feb. 2011. Now, he used me to gain citizenship, and got me pregnant to make it look even better for him. Aside from that, he's always saying how much he hates America, and that he wants to go back to Africa. Then he threatened to kidnap my daughter! Can someone please help me out, and tell me who I need to contact about this? I don't know what to do! I don't feel it's right that he used me illegally to gain citizenship, and I don't feel he should be allowed into a counrty he doesn't even like. Please, any help would be appreciated. Thank you :)

Actually, I only had one child with him, and that was before I knew what his intentions were... It was a marriage of convenience, which is illegal.

Go to the police and report him ASAP, also keep a diary of all threats as well as voice tape to prove he was only looking for a legal footing in the US, send letters out to local government offices like your mayor or better still try the local radio station that's a sure fire way for the officials to get off there arses and do something

All you ave to do is report him to the immigration office and tell them you no longer want to be his petitioner. Because since your the one who filed for him you can withdraw the papers and they will stop the process and deny him of his permanent residency...
Good luck darling, my best regards to you and your daughter.

Make an appointment with immigration and speak to the USCIS.
