    What states can you practice law with a felony?
    I have two poss. Of cocaine charges one in 2004 and one in 2008. What states can I practice law in?

    With CHARGES, all of 'em. With CONVICTIONS, none of 'em.

    I agree as you can't get past the background check to obtain a license.
