    I need to make a fake pregnant tummy for a lingerie shoot, any paterns maybe?

    Patterns? What do you mean by that?

    The simple solution would be a pillow strapped to your stomach, under the lingerie item.

    If the photographer has done this before, my guess is that he might have some other suggestions for you.
