UK Entry by having bank default
I have a Tier 1 visa of UK. I defaulted on a bank loan and council tax due to bad economic situation last year. Now I want to come back to UK. Can I? The visa is valid. Can I be barred entry or taken to court on entering into UK?

I don't think your financial history as a common citizen has any impact on immigration. So I don't think you will be barred from entering the UK. You have not committed a felony which would bar you.
