3 year old Husky( I really need help!)
I need to know what kind of training/trainer could help her get over her fear of people. She loves me, and only me(which is fine) but I can't take her on walks anywhere and if people come over she runs and hides. I have an 8 month old son and my husband is in the army(so we will be moving soon) so please any help.
BTW when I got her as a 7 month old puppy she was like that.. and I never knew how to help her.

Unfortunately you may never be able to get her better. Some dogs are timid and will always be timid, no matter how much training or socialising you do.

I have had dogs improve slightly, but never get to a point where they are actually confident. My 3 year old poodle used to be scared of everyone and everything, what worked for her was throwing her in the deep end. We moved house about a year ago and had several parties, we had about a dozen or so guests and they were all asked to ignore the dogs. Don't talk to tem or pet them, just ignore them.
After that it was like she had a complete turn around. No more barking at guests, no more cowering in the corner.
She doesn't run up to people and be friendly, but she is no longer scared stiff by them.

You can try enrolling your husky in some training classes, like puppy school, but they have beginners classes for adult dogs.
It might help her come out of her shell a little so you can at least be able to walk her, but I doubt you will ever get her to a point where she is not afraid at all.

Thank you. I have had her around tons of people but she never wants anyone, which makes me sad... but oh well I love her and that's all that matters... and that she doesn't hurt my son.
