You didn't have a drastic weight loss and your weight has not dropped too low. It sounds like you dropped the 25 pounds in one month? Is that correct? While for someone else it may not have been an issue, for you it may have been fast enough to throw your cycles off. Did you follow any specific diet? Some are so drastic that what you are eating, or lack of what you are eating rather, can also play a role.
While stress can sometimes alter a cycle, unless extreme or prolonged, it usually doesn't.
This, along with being in your teens, may have been all that was needed to change things up. If the cramping is recent, it may be your period is going to start in the next week or so.
It would be a good idea to visit your doctor to rule out any other possible concerns however if you still do not have a period by next month.

My diet was horrible and I mean I ate 500 or less calories a day. All I was eating is one nuti bar, a peaach and a bananna that is all, sometimes I drank shakes and ate cheese.Everyone who saw me after a diet told me that I look scary,my hip bones was seen and my back bones as well but now they barely seen.I get cramps every month and sometimes like last month I felt like the periods started but when I looked at my undies there where nothing :(.I am scared to visit a doctor since I don't have a family doctor and I never had any issues like this. Thanks for replying

Far too drastic of a diet... I am not surprised your periods ceased.
Now that you know how that way of eating can effect your body, and make you feel, it is good to know that you have put some weight back on.
The key is to eat healthy foods, no starving your body (and that is exactly what you were doing before), don't over indulge in goodies, and get regular exercise.
Since you got back on track in July, you may skip this month, but likely your period will return by sometime next month.
Ask a parent about getting a family doctor and setting up a visit. You are at an age where a good baseline physical would be wise. They can also provide you with good information on maintaining a healthy weight in a healthy manner.

Wow thanks for your help :) I feel much better and hopefully my periods will get back and I will never go on a diet again :) that is for sure :) Thanks for your help and hope the periods will get back so :)
One more question , if my periods will not get back next month can I go to the walk in clinic, and check what is wrong or I have to see a family doctor? Thanks for your help :)

I wouldn't be worried... it may just be a new norm for you as your body gets back on track. They might go back to more like what you were used to next month.
Happy to help... that's what we are here for!. :)
