What can I do if post accident repairs botched by insurance nominated garage
I had a car accident on 7 July my fault hit a wall claimed on my insurance with saga and their nominated garage kept the car 1 month and has not repaired it to my satisfaction. At present repairs are ongoing - my problem is my insurance with saga runs out on 26 August and I have decided to switch to LV .Is saga obliged to continue helping me if I still have problems beyond this date or do I have to deal with the garage on my own? I have a 3 yr guarantee with the garage. Thanks!

Yes, if you cancelled your insurance the day after the accident the car was covered and they are to repair it.

My mum has been paying House and contents insurance for so many years. The floor in her laundry has been deteriorating over a period of 30 odd years, her roof is leaking now, and her house needs to be insulated. Is she able to get any insurance money to fix these areas up? She is in her 70's now.
