    Is this on all channels or just some ?
    Does the same thing happen with "normal" broadcast TV, assuming you can still get it..

    On all channels... however I've just switched TV on (been out) and it seems to have cleared

    Might be atmospherics, the weather is a bit rubbish, as normal for an english summer ;)
