Problem with motion activated light goes on and off in fixed intervals all night?
I have an infrared motion sensing light under the eve of my roof. Everything is painted white near the light (in case that's relevant). It has started coming on and going off all night in a regular repeated pattern (about 5 minutes on then about 5 minutes off, then repeat ad nauseam). Some nights it doesn't do that (may be better when its cold outside? Not sure about that.) I just replaced the sensor and it didn't change behavior at all. What's the problem?
