    91 civic won't start even with a jump
    Just bought car, changed key switch, cleaned battery terminals, checked wires, had starter checked. With key to start position nothing just click driver kick panel. Start relay?

    I don't have driver side fuse panel diagram to know what fuses are for what. All fuse are good some empty spaces
