    Visa problems
    Hi there!
    I am from india and got married to an indian last year in feb 2010.. after wchih my husband stayed wit me for 15 days and left to aus for his studies.After that I have applied for student dependent and visit visa but unfortunately it was refused all the time.My husband visa will expire in oct 2010 and now I wish him to come back and stay with me but he want to extend his visa on TR,kindly help me to bring him back and how can I request the officials not to grant him a TR.
